At Rewons, we know you’re excited to receive our beautiful and unique resin jewelry pieces! That’s why we partner with the fastest shipping providers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about Rewons’ shipping policy:
1. Is Shipping Free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over ₹999! For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will apply.
2. When Will I Receive My Order?
Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse and typically arrives within 3-7 days. Due to high demand, please allow for this estimated delivery time.
If the status shows as ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 36 hours so we can help track it down. Note that Rewons cannot assume responsibility if notified after this period.
3. Can I Track My Order?
Absolutely! You will receive an AWB tracking number within 1-2 days after placing your order. Simply visit our Tracking Page to monitor your delivery. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out via call or WhatsApp at +91 7208666716.
4. What if My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in Transit?
Rest assured, all shipments from Rewons are fully insured. If your order gets delayed, returned, or lost, we apologize for any inconvenience. We will promptly send a replacement package with full tracking as soon as possible. For more details, please refer to our refund and return policy.
5. How Are the Products Packaged?
Each piece of jewelry from Rewons comes individually packed in a protective pouch, with up to 4 pouches per box. If you’d like each item in its own box, simply let us know right after placing your order, and we can include an additional box for ₹50 each.
